a container mural that was live-painted along side a community mural with North York Arts during Play on the Runway 2026 at YZD
”Kites” shows two friends, holding hands and spinning at the park. They are surrounded by two kites, a moth and a fish, that cradle them amongst the trees. On the left of the moth is the community mural designed by Breetwo and painted by visitors of YZD’s Play on the Runway event where they were folks of all ages were invited to experience mural painting. Together, the two parts of “Kites” is a celebration of community, play and memories.
